Stripe — payment processing for enrollment fees. Stripe collects and processes payment card data under their own Privacy Policy. We do not store your full card details.
Cal.com — booking and scheduling for trial lessons
Facebook Messenger — live chat support. Conversations are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
Netlify — website hosting and delivery

5. Children's Privacy

Anura Music Academy serves students as young as 4 years old. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

All registrations and bookings for minors are handled through a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@anuramusic.org and we will promptly delete the information.

6. Email Verification

When booking a trial lesson, we send a one-time verification code (OTP) to the email address you provide. This code is used solely to verify your identity and is not stored after verification is complete.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function properly (e.g., session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent mechanism.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and performance requests are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
